AN OVERVIEW

YEAR: 2024-2025

STATEMENT

The Financial Year 2024-2025 marked a

period of significant achievement, defined

by strengthened internal ESG governance,

rigorous data gathering, and enhanced

metric reporting.

Our dedication to ESG principles was

formally recognised through two major

milestones:

Attaining Silver Level EcoVadis

certification, which places us in the top

15% of our global peers for

sustainability performance.

Securing the highly-regarded ISO 14001

certification for our Environmental

Management Systems.

We took significant and proactive steps to

improve the reliability of our environmental

data. Specifically, we upgraded a

substantial number of metrics from low-

quality data sources to high and medium-

quality data.

This transition is an essential step toward

facilitating a real-time, accurate reduction

in our carbon footprint.

We have worked closely with our supply

chain partners to achieve this data

accuracy. Moving forward, we have

established meaningful objectives to

continuously improve both data quality and

commitment throughout the supply chain.

This work is crucial to realising our goals

of reducing our overall carbon footprint

and working with suppliers with strong,

sustainable credentials and accreditations.

ACHIEVE TARGET

To achieve Net Zero, we will need to reduce our absolute emissions by 90% from our baseline year and offset any residual emissions. To track our progress

towards our long-term Net Zero target, we have also set some near-term targets to 2030.

CARBON REDUCTION

● Reduce our total market-based emissions (scope 1, 2 and 3) by at least 90% by 2045.

● Neutralise any residual emissions using verified carbon offsets.

To ensure maximum accountability and credibility, we monitor our carbon footprint

ANALYSIS

SCOPE 1

Data for 2021–2023 was reverse-calculated using our new,

higher-quality methodology. While this increased our

historical figures, it establishes a more accurate baseline

and reveals a significant 72.63% reduction in carbon

emissions over the period.

SCOPE 3

Our Scope 3 figures for 2023 -2024 showed an increase

of 36% on our baseline which was expected due to the

increased turnover and products sold.

SCOPE 3

Through a focused effort to improve data integrity we

were able to report 17% of Goods for Resale using high

quality data. this achieved 27.23% reduction in reported

emissions compared to previous standards

This success validates two key factors:

1.Our commitment to data accuracy and transparency

in carbon reporting.

2.The furniture we supply inherently carries a

significantly lower carbon footprint than general

industry benchmark.

Carbon Accounting Methodology and Emission Factors Disclaimer:

Carbon accounting guidance and emission factors provided by external bodies such as DEFRA and the GHG Protocol may be subject to change

periodically due to improvements in data quality, calculation methods, and industry best practices. As these updates are outside our control, we

may need to remeasure and restate emissions occasionally for previous years to ensure comparability and alignment with current standards,

maintaining the accuracy of emissions data and the integrity of Net Zero targets. When changes occur, our approach would be to remeasure

the previous year's measurement year and base year, alongside the most recent measurement. Alternatively, a statement explaining changes and

lack of comparability will be added to reports
